Using Microsoft Outlook Web Access
Outlook Web Access (OWA) is a way for TSL
employees with an e-mail account to send, receive, read and manage e-mail
through a normal Internet connection. There is no special connection or setup
required. You only need to know your network logon username and password.
Below are some instructions on using OWA. Please
note that you may need to know what type of operating system you are using.
Windows XP
|
For Windows XP users, you
will be asked to provide two types of credentials: a username and a
password. The username may be specified in one of two ways: either
username@onlinelogistics.com or ONLINELOGISTICS\username.
Then, enter your normal network password. |

|
Username is ONLINELOGISTICS\john.doe |
Alternatively, you may use john.doe@onlinelogistics.com |
Windows 2000, ME, 98 or 95
| |
For Windows 2000 users, you
will be asked to provide three pieces of information: username, password
and domain. For username, use your normal login (ex: john.doe).
Then, enter your password. In the "Domain" field, put ONLINELOGISTICS
(there is no need to use all caps; the domain field is not case
sensitive). |
